Half Acre Pocket Flock, LLC (“Half Acre Pocket Flock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Henrietta flock-management application (“Henrietta” or the “App”) handles information.

Information Stored in Henrietta

Henrietta allows you to create and manage information about your poultry flock, including bird records, photos, weights, notes, breeding information, pedigrees, locations, and other flock-management records.

Henrietta is currently designed to store this information locally on your device.

We do not sell your flock records or personal information.

Photos and Camera Access

Henrietta may request access to your device camera or photo library when you choose to:

Henrietta only accesses these features when you choose to use them and when permission has been granted through your device settings.

Backups

Henrietta may allow you to create backups of your flock information. Backup files are created at your direction and remain under your control based on where you choose to save or transfer them.

Personal Information

Henrietta does not currently require you to create an online account to maintain your flock records.

The App does not currently use your flock records for advertising or sell them to third parties.

Third-Party Services

The current version of Henrietta does not transmit flock records to an outside artificial-intelligence service.

Future versions of Henrietta may offer optional online or AI-powered features. If those features require information to be transmitted to a third-party service, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what information is transmitted, why it is needed, and how it is handled before those features are released.

Any third-party service used to process user information will be required to provide privacy protections consistent with this policy and applicable platform requirements.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because flock records are currently stored locally on your device, you control those records.

You may delete individual records using Henrietta’s available record-management features. Removing the App from your device may also remove locally stored application data, subject to your device’s operating system and any backups you have created.

If future versions of Henrietta store information on our servers or through third-party services, we will provide information about retention periods and methods for requesting deletion.

Your Choices

You can manage permissions such as camera and photo-library access through your device settings.

You may stop using Henrietta at any time and may delete locally stored records through the App.

Children’s Privacy

Henrietta is intended as a flock-management tool and is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the current version of the App.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through Henrietta. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Henrietta develops or as its features and data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
